Good Morning Early Birds

morning, Thursday already, where does the time go, I hope that you are as well as can be and that your day is a good one. I am not going out today as I'm still saving the pennies, but do have my online shop to sort out later this morning. I couldn't get back to sleep so it's another early start, so if anyone wants to keep me company please do.

Not sure if it feels like an early morning or late night yet! Not had a lot of sleep for sure.

i have had a lot of sleep but broken up in chunks, which is a nuisance but what can you do..
perhaps you can try and get some sleep later on today......

I want to say how good a job you are doing on hosting the GMEB each day, well done. Will you carry on when you are away at Christmas? Hopefully your plans for visiting family will still go ahead.

i will continue on over Christmas if at all possible, i will have to use the mobile phone as i don't intend taking the laptop with me. So it might be a bit sporadic, but will give it my best shot.

You are very welcome, emmie, I meant them sincerely. It is a safe haven in which to post that cannot be said elsewhere.

I need to do some grocery shopping as the last time I was out was 5 days ago. It will only be local.

I have just watched It's A Wonderful Life (again) so that was enjoyable.

Getting all a bit fed up now and struggling to keep it contained.

i watched it the other day, and its still my favourite film of all time, its so much more than a Christmas film, glad you enjoyed it.

Just trying to keep safe, emmie. I don't do home deliveries but I am trying to keep a limit to the times I go out.

We have moved it’s just the clearing up and dumping and sorting and everything else!
If his bloody mother asks one more time why he is having to do stuff on his way home I swear I am going to reach down the phone and strangle the old woman!

Thanks choux both struggling with injuries which is not helping the situation, we are hoping to hand the keys back on Christmas Eve a week early but I am not sure if that will happen now!

tis the season of goodwill RH, I can't say i have ever had the problem of a MIL, but sort out the move/house and then get ready for Christmas...

Christmas will be a very muted affair this year, tbh I don’t feel like I have anything to be cheerful about.
I still feel sooo angry about so much loss.
