What do you think of this.

After putting a picture up over the weekend that I bought in Amazon - a few visitors have said the picture is nice but like myself (I thought it too) too small - a bit scittery on the wall.

I decided I would return and get a bigger size. Contacted Amazon last night and they leave a list of what was wrong with it - I just said wrong size.

Immediately they said - ok - just keep it and we'll replace the refund next week. How about that?

I also cannot complain in any way with Amazon customer service. I have had countless good service with them.

That’s happened a few times with me Jenny , one time it was for a £200 microwave which when it came was too big for the ‘housing’ it went in, my fault for not taking measurements, it was going to cost over £40 to send it back , I rang them anc they sauc ‘ keep it or forward it to someone and we’ll refund you’, they did too

brilliant service isn't it - ok I'm off for the Belfast city centre which I loathe and when I come back if it is still sunny I will tackle my back passage and bleach it up so that it dries quickly and becomes like white washed. May have a little brekkie in town too since I never go in. have a good day

I’ve had to also return something to Amazon last week which I’d actually used and decided it just wasn’t quite what I expected. They said exactly the same to me!

I've had the same with a few items I've bought from Amazon - it is cheaper for them to let you keep it.

Sorry to hijack your thread but reminds me of first moving to Norfolk and being collared by a neighbour to attend the village WI meeting - the speaker was talking about her time in service and every time she mentioned having to enter by the back passage we had to stifle our schoolgirl giggles much to the disgust of the other members.

It was the ‘bleaching of’ that made me splutter lanky , Ouch!
