Why is it called a Danish bow and arrow attack? I realize it happened in Denmark, but surely it should be called a muslum bow and arrow attack.

Anders Breivik can’t be compared to Muslim jihadists. His crime wasn’t inspired by his religion and it wasn’t committed in the name of his religion.

Why?
He is a nutter, not a holy warrior.
Being a nutter doesn't exclude him from becoming a jihadist. He'd been flagged by the police for radicalisation.
