I reiterate my same p.o.v.. I am half Yorkshire/half Scots. I consider myself British. My maternal grandad was also half Irish, so I'm pretty thoroughly British. My children's father's mother was Llewellyn! They could not be more native British. We belong together. You can't separate genes. We are not a huge island and together we have achieved great things despite differences, setbacks and quarrels.

I've read dozens of articles about Donaldson and his activities. You scrape up 1 friend of his who cried when his wartime files were released and produce it with a triumphant flourish.
Why would you, or your equally ignorant comrades, consider it so unthinkable that he supported Hitler. A lot of the British establishment did, including The Communist Party of Great Britain and their newspaper, The Daily Worker. (or whatever they were calling it then)
