Where Is Jk Rowling’s Open Letter? !

Apparently JK Rowling published an open letter on Wednesday. It’s caused a big stink. It’s about toilets and trans people. Just wanted to read it (the whole thing) out of interest, but alas I can’t find it anywhere on the internet. Any ideas guys? Even looked on her blog & website and can’t find it!

My comment on your 15:22 post is that it should never have been allowed to happen, however, it is another (very unfortunate) single incident. It’s not like this is happening in every wing of every prison.

I honestly didn’t. I knew that was prevalent thinking amongst some, but I didn’t know it had been adopted as a ‘prescribed view’.

If this is the case can you give me a link to the official declaration? Any form of authority will do; Police, Ambulance, Prison Service........

Of course nothing's official ZM you must know that. It's just the LibFac acceptable view, ie the view that will sate the Nazis that enforce these things via twitface etc. In the JKR link above she talks of a mother who is threatened with rape, death etc because she postulated that her son's wish to change sex was in fact a symptom of his being embarrassed at school about being gay and not a real desire, heresy for which she was suitably trolled. Open your eyes me old china it's happening all around you, the Nazis have new clothes.

You keep supplying isolated incidents (this one particularly extreme) which suit your argument but that’s all they are. Making it out that these incidents are changing society just suits your ‘world view’ which, quite frankly, grows more convoluted by the day. To wit: there is a Nazi uprising all around me. Yes, we’ve been thru this but to humour you I’ll clarify my position further:
I’m aware on what basis some eejit, probably under some PC policy put in place by some other over paid eejits, put someone in the wrong prison.
My position on this is that it does not indicate that we’re about to become overrun with jackbooted officials prescribing that we must all behave this way. Nor does it indicate the imminent, or even gradual, decline of society.
I have no idea what mindset leads you to think this way. Maybe some incident in your formative years or reading too many off-centre publications as a youth?

it's my job I suppose, I fix little problems before they become big problems. WWII could have been prevented in the early thirties but the Liberals didn't think there was a problem. See a pattern?

In answer to margarettom @ 20.51 on Sunday; the govt website on Covid provides a template for anyone to print their own exemption certificate. And no-one can demand to see it if someone says they are exempt. Except, I would suggest, a police officer. See here:
