I'm of the opinion that 75% of people who voted, whether it be to stop in, or out hadn't really got a clue of the finer details of what they were voting for, or fully understood the basics. ( I include myself by the way), apart from the obvious. Then you have no doubt a percentage that didn't even bother voting because their to busy holding their own lives together in...

Gulliver, nothing wrong with the poll other than your exaggeration of the result.

"What about the other 50% gulliver???"

Well, if you read the links (which I agree the OP should be posting, but others nonetheless have), it's 38% think it IS a good idea.
FWIW.

One never knows what the future holds Emmie, I might need to return one day to claim some of these Benefits that are available in the UK ,after all I did pay into the system.
crikey someone hired you?
Gulliver would it not be easier for you to address a post/ question aimed at you rather than brush over it ? It's not like you've pressed an ignore button to those people is it? But by simply not giving an answer it becomes annoying

Just saying :0(
Can someone give me the 5 top benefits of leaving the EU please. I was against it, but just open to a balanced view of what +ve’s you see.

Avoid cliches and 3 word slogans, I’m looking for real tangible graspable definite future benefits.
1 we'd look silly if we went back cap in hand and said we'd changed are minds, we'd after accept rubbish terms, thats if they let us go back
2-see above
3 see 2
4 see 3
5 see 4
Well that must be it bob, unless they are scouring google for answers.

Still willing to take a genuine top 5 on board...
Good luck Trevor, dont see the point tho, we are where we are and need to move on not go over the old arguements from the last few years IMO
Sovereignty
Warm beer
Proper sausages
Rickets
Blue passport
Wonky bananas for Bingo!
That was before what we know now though, so an updated list would be interesting....
Think you forgot ‘light bulbs’ doog
TTP; "Can someone give me the 5 top benefits of leaving the EU -
please. " - in no particular order.
1) Sovereignty
2) Freedom to trade with the world
3) Regain our fishing industry
4) Our own courts are supreme
5) we can set our own agenda without being bossed about by unelected foreign Bureaucrats.
6) .....and all the other things that you get when you run your own country.
- Can you give us the 5 top benefits for remaining? No one did during the referendum campaign, all they did was call us names.
