Sunday. It's blowing a hooligan out there, so I won't be going far. Also my left foot has decided it going to be all willful, I can barely put it on the floor. It's a bit swollen, so won't be able to get a shoe on it anyway. No reason for it. It came on last night, about 2100. It's been called a few strange name since then! I'll inform my mate across the road, at a sensible time, and see if he will do the running around, I usually do his, so I don't think he will mind. I'll look after pinky, (his wee dog) for the duration. she loves coming over here. :o}

I have been trying to get my photo's to load onto new laptop. Its also being stroppy, and not doing what I ask. one interesting this is that this machine talks to me, which is funny and quite endearing.

Morning emmie. When the machine has finished booting up. Inserting the usb stick should bring up a screen asking if you would like to see the contents of the stick.

There's no reason I can think of re the tootsie, I got up for a call of nature during the night, nearly fell over and said a few choice words! It was fine earlier on. It seems to be easing a wee bit, but I won't trust carrying a cuppa just yet!

I think you should rest as much as possible and don't put any weight on it, not that you can at the moment.

Morning both, bit blowy here, didn't get anything done outside yesterday, but got a few jobs done inside. Was up earlier lovely full moon to be seen. Had to go to post office yesterday, a fruit and veg stall had set up in local pub car park, bought a quarter of water melon for a pound, was absolutely delish. Going to be a regular Saturday thing so will take a list next weekend.

I have been learning if that is the right word all about this new laptop, its fascinating to see what it can do. except downloading or keeping my photo's. still my mate will help out I'm sure.

I have been actively trying since yesterday, they are loaded onto usb stick but opening them onto laptop seems not to work.
its just me being a bit thick I suspect.

my mate is coming for lunch, the best I can rustle up at short notice is ham or bacon sarnies, and custard tart for afterwards. not exactly mind bending, but it will have to do.
