Lives Versus Economy

Be under no elusion, the first battle is saving lives, the second battle is the economy. Win both battles, and you win the war. Someone else is fighting the first battle for you, the second battle you will have to help fight. Both battles will be a struggle, and both will have many casualties.

To bear in mind, no one in the first or second world wars paid 80% of your wages, or made available funds to support your business, and before the snipers shoot over my head, and say they are not getting the 80% or support for their business, as I said many casualties in both battles.

To bear in mind, everyone in the first and second world war, were on the front line in one way or other, again with many casualties.

To bear in mind, most foods were unavailable, no supermarkets filled to the brim, and no food banks, millions of folk neared starvation, but still survived.

To bear in mind, If Winston Churchill had put the economy before survival, you would not be fighting any battle today. or complaining about your financial position.
