Ironic that people hoping to witness this phenomena, were watching Johnson, IDS and Rabb seats, and should have been watching Dunbartonshire East.

I think this election has shown yet again that the silent public outweigh the vocal ones.

It rather looks like the young didnt all vote for the freebies, clearly not all snowfakes and able to think things through. These are probably the same people that dare not voice their opinions in Uni for fear of retaliation or 'no platforming'.

It has also become very apparent that London does NOT represent the UK one iota.
I will never understand London voting mostly Labour. It's stupid and bonkers.
she was always in danger from the SNP
also chuka Umanna unseated in the city, could be a bit of a Portillo moment.

No - it's multicultural!

Thanks Tora, I’d missed that one. Another politician who believed his own publicity. Good riddance.
not sure that is it...
I don’t think multiculturalism has anything to do with being a Labour stronghold. I think it is more to do with the density of the population and income brackets.

In London there are some very well paid jobs but the vast majority are just jobs (if you get my drift) and when a lot of people are crammed in together they tend to think relatively the same.
I know I probably haven’t articulated that well but it’s the best I’ve got at the moment lol

And miss all the fun!
then there is St Tony's old seat, Sedgfield......
Yet again, Labour played the British public for fools. Thankfully, sufficient voters saw through it.
