If I have read the link correctly, Ms. Woodall turned down all the candidates, ethnic minority and white, which suggests that she does not feel obliged to employ any candidate she deems unsuitable, regardless of their ethnicity.

I can't see an issue with that - can you?

I object to the positive discrimination that we are confronted with, rather than allowing our shirts to develop naturally, as it has done in the area in which I live. We all get on famously but switch on the TV and here we go go again.

After my stay in hospital it seemed a pretty even mix between the colours of people. I couldn't possibly guess where they are from as most spoke with an English accent!!!
