/// Over 100,000 people from five different mosques gathered together for the outdoor Eid salah – the largest Eid celebration in Europe. ///

That is 20,000 from each Mosque, could that be true?

He inferred there was only men.
I don't back peddle AOG - unike yourself the king of backpeddlers!

You did mean me then...Bizarre.
I will share your post BB.
the celebration of Eid is dependent on the appearance of the crescent moon on the 29th day of Ramadan..... or maybe not. there's something of a discussion in Brum this week about when Eid actually is, and in fact 2 of the local mosques are observing their own "determination"....

More than five mosques in Birmingham?
A lot more than five.
More like 500 - after all, this Brummiestan country.
Circa 175 , we have 38 here and yes someone has been extraordinarily witty on here and added 'stan' to my town.

My sides are healing.
there are over 200 and 22% of Brummie-City, WBA, Aston Villa. Wolves and Walsall fans are, in theory, Muslim, this the percentage pf Islam followers in Greater Brum. Reference - Wilkipedia.
500 , wow ?
Have to say I came out of central Preston recently and was astonished at just how Islamic the east side to the M6 was, in terms of mosques, 'cultural centres', Arabic shop signs, the locals' dress and even burqas omnipresent and all the rest - wasn't ready for it but, in many ways, it was more 'Muslim' than when I visited Islamabad back in the 1980s.
Careful, DT. You risk standing accused of falsely pointing out the bleeding obvious!

On Answerbank???

Goodness me, who could imagine such a thing!!!!!
ME. ;*)
They don’t even bother being insidious. Blatant promotional propaganda, and open confrontation of our national heritage. Our culture dies and yet another prosperous victory for Islam. Remember folks we let it happen. Viva change eh?
In the UK, there were huge celebrations in Birmingham as people prayed together in Small Heath Park.

No surprise to me that it was in Small Heath.
Looks like the Army would be on the lookout for a good few folks who posted on this thread as being potentially dangerous extreme right wingers. Have a look at their checklist. Oh dear.

potentially dangerous extreme right wingers

Quite an accusation
Not my accusation but the British Army's Talbot. Just goes to prove though that it's not just the likes of me that finds some of the xenophobic nonsense spouted on here worrying, apparently the powers that be do too. You have to be honest a good few posters on Answerbank tick a fair few of their 'warning sign' boxes.
