I think that people are ridiculing the beard more than the picture. The face looks fine but it looks like a very young child has stuck some spare material on the bottom of his face.

When I grow a full beard,which I am currently doing, I have white/grey beard to match my head hair but have always kept black eyebrows. My mates called me the Ayatollah. Lol

Muslims who have been on pilgrimage to Mecca often dye their beards with henna. The chap operating my local garage once turned up with a ginger beard and explained it to me. So sorry if I start any difficult debate - just trying to answer the question.
