in the Saudi consulate in Istanbul

what do people think of torturing and chopping up a journo ?
is it like the Skripals ? Mad states with madder heads of states doing what they like
or do we feel that after Brexit when we close the borders, we neednt bother about anything like this ?

and in the Land of the Free this week - a governor body slammed a reporter on audio after the journo asked a question the governor didnt like

PP...LOL..we in the UK tend to be more subtle in our " eccentricities" we tend to concentrate on grooming young girls for sex parties in our cities and towns.
I have never chopped up a live person, so i cannot comment on what it would be like.
I reckon Turkey should release their video & audio tapes to governments to settle the matter.

Meanwhile what opinions are you expecting regarding chopping folk up ?

And what the hell has it got to do with Brexit ?
Question Author
audio available apparently
I reckon they were trying to waterboard him and it sort of went under.

why torture a journo who is writing knocking copy ?
also the idea of "he come in: he no go out.No one notice!" defies belief

a variety - certainly not blanket disapproval - this is AB !

I mean in terms of dissident Anjem Choudry we have
"Up to 25 measures to control him have been prepared, [BBC] - yeah? well we only need one as far as I'm concerned."

others suggest he (AJ) be novichoked

A new theme is that heads of state can throw their weight around regardless

Further news conference to stir the hearts of ABers

'I turned around and his head fell off....'
convincing stuff which Pres Trump has wholeheartedly accepted - whadda guy!
If what I read earlier Trump says their excuse that he got into a fight with security was credible!!

Hmm. What reason could he have for siding with them I wonder?
The Skripals were lucky they had Laurel and Hardy come after them. There’s little you can do on the other hand with a bunch of cut throats. Odd how Trump now seems to be backing the Saudis
Question Author
trump has a large amount of money in Saudi - property etc
which may swing his well judged sentiments
trump is probably bidding for building the opposite of the wall for the Saudis, a waterway 60km long and 200m wide to turn Qatar into an island......all a bit ironic....
Heads will roll!
// this week - a governor body slammed a reporter on audio after the journo asked a question the governor didnt like //

The assault took place in May 2017.
It was in the news again because President Trump praised the attack on the Guardian journalist at a political rally, which elicited whoops from his adoring mob.

and isnt the fella concerned standing for office ?

More from Turkey - in AOG style: is their coyness about their sources because the Turks bugged an embassy - we should be told !

apparently everyone does it - but saying you do it is verboten ( mamnu'a) or whatever forbidden is in Turkish
