Morning First Officer Minty xxx Thank you for taking the ship out of port. :o}
An up date on my niece. She was on the operating table for 13 hours yesterday. She died once but they were able to bring her back. The kidney is working well and doing it'd job. The pancreas on the other hand is not. They decided that she, and they, needed a rest, so the left her open and sent her back to the ward to rest. They will have her back in theater today to carry on where they left off. They are amazing people.
My guests arrived on time to be met by the WWT, who immediately jumped into their car as soon as the door opened. Crazy dog! they enjoyed themselves and the meal. Herself and I walked WWT back home going down the lanes so that she could have a good run, it's a reasonable steep slope, easy going down, another story coming back up! We stopped for a cuppa with TWW's mum and dad, so they were able to meet my lovely friend. They got on very well. I'll organise a get together barbie when I can.
