Good Morning Early Birds!

Tuesday. Cloudy but dry this morning. 17.9°C outside. No air movement, so it should be a decent day ahead. I'm going to see an old friend today, his name is Pedro, he's a donkey. He's a lovely old lad, Vera and I came across him at a small sanctuary attached to a pub, called The Wonky Donkey, many years ago, I discovered he is now about six miles away. So I'm going to take him some carrots. :o} Apart from that just the usual running around.
Have a happy day everyone.

Years ago our family lived by a very individual personality in the form of a large Billygoatnamed William. We we living nearby for about six months then left. Many years later my sister visited him. He recognised her immediately and was very excited and happy to see her. Animals are more aware than we realise.
Morning David. I think he will, for the reason you state. He didn't have a good time in his younger days. He was owned by gypsies, they abandoned him, tethered, on a patch of grass by a main road. He was rescued by the Donkey Sanctuary in Devon. He was in a poorly state and they were not sure he would survive. He was nursed back to good health and went to the small sanctuary at the Wonky Donkey, where Vera and I first came across him.
