now lets see AOG! I wonder!
not sure you can get legal aide for that? maybe her fellow muslims are chipping in...less for building that mosque
Please read the artical AOG.
It says the Home Office has paused its funding while investigations are made. So at present the appeal is on hold. If the Home office do not restart funding it is very unlikely she will be in a position to fund the appeal herself. We are talking tens of thousands of £ and no chance of being awarded costs even if she succeeds.
um no some of the media is saying
( so I will spare you the usual cliches)
that various human rights orgs ( charities ) immediately said that Javid's announcement was unlawful
and that it should be tested in the courts

( same as Trumps original deportation order in the Land of the Free)

this will probablhy be on the grounds that er the secretary of state for the Home |Department is obliged ( and therefore does not have a choice) to behave lawfully when he discharges his duties....

JRs start at around £20 000.

and now a bit of fun for you
mr average on AB comments - foo dat! where day get the moolah from den huh? JR? he dead innit? yeah benefits office ! yeah foo and foo again! chuck 'em all out ! yeah row them half way to Calais where dey came from and chuck em over the side and tell them to swim! ooman rights! bollux

Perhaps you should read the article? This is what it says:

/// The Home Office said last night it had paused its assistance following legal action by Elsheikh's mother. ///
As Peter says , as Gareth Peirce is involved it may well be financed via one of the Human Rights Organisations she works with.

My mystery assistant, will award you with a BA if he/she finds it warrants one, but I wouldn't hold your breath Peter.
makes you wonder why she would to stop her monster getting his just deserts, unless she thinks he did no wrong, oh my son only hacked burned raped garroted a few people...so
My understanding is that the extradition has been halted as the mother of one of these pieces of detritus has launched an appeal.

Doesn't stop us sending the other one to America.

Still, we can all take comfort from the fact that some human rights lawyers will be paid very handsomely from taxpayers money to mount the appeal.
The UK has laws that prohibit sending people to torture and death. But Javid is ignoring the law, and doing his own thing, assuming powers that he hadn’t got.
The Human Rights lawyer, Gareth Pierce, is challenging the legal status of Javid’s actions. She or her firm will be paying any costs, not the taxpayer.
Obviously, we all want the Government to act lawfully, and this challenge is to determine what the legal position is.
I guessed it was too good to be true. Stupid us.
As I said when these 2 were first captured I’m at a loss as to why the Kurds didn’t just execute them in theatre, would have saved the UK/US taxpayers a fortune.
