Ask Zacs for the population density of the Countries from which these "immigrants" are fleeing, compared to the ones that they are heading. Big gaff Africa you know. Under developed now. Was once top of the world league for businesses, and investors were in line to show faith due to its potential for progress. Not any more though. What do you think happened? Still the Chinese are very keen. They own vast tracts of rights and prospecting licences. They will not be bothered about the pc blocks when the time comes.
The only ‘ignorance wallowers’, bainbrig, are those who are too ignorant to see that inviting in the world and it’s wife is to the detriment of indigenous populations.
While the bleeding heart brigade welcome everyone, the NHS waiting times get longer, the classroom sizes get bigger, the housing stock gets depleted, and the welfare bills get higher.
Only yesterday it was announced that social services will be making cuts, leaving elderly and disabled folk without help.
As I said in my post at 13.18 yesterday, the UK population is expected to rise to over 74 million within 20 years, doubtless it will be more: 2 people come to the UK. Within a few years they have become 4 (a conservative estimate), another few years, more additions to the family, and so on. All these people will expect (and get) all the above mentioned services.
Where is the cut-off point, bainbrig?
For me, that point has long since passed and it’s too late for things to get better.

So when you reach middle age, spathiphyllum, and you fully support yourself, you’ve always paid your mortgage on time, and for the upkeep of the house including all the bills, paid your taxes, and the population has long since reached breaking point, you can look forward to a letter from the council informing you that another boat load has arrived, and as there is nowhere to put them, you are now obliged to give up space in your own home.

Poor old Victor who had to endure meeting Vaz died earlier this year.
After a drink & drugs session he crashed his car at 110mph.
Whether the absence of an MOT on the car or the fact he was already banned from driving had any bearing on the accident I couldn't say.
