All this historical sexual accusation is becoming very tiresome. It has killed a couple of people in the UK and it is totally wrong. It is very clear in some cases that it is a simply politically motivated smear campaign. Given the Left's extraordinary anti-Trump attacks it is difficult to know whether or not this is just yet another. Time will tell I guess.

Perhaps that when these events happened, it was a bit more than tiresome to the victims.

I have been right all along, we no longer have trial by Jury it is now trial by media (social) and Mickey.
It's a pity some of these people didnt come out when it happened and tangible proof could be found. Coming out now, in some cases, just smacks of opportunism especially with some of the quite frankly bizarre accusations.

YMB...perhaps those victims felt that they wouldn't be believed, in the same way that you are guilty of now ?
Trump has proven himself to be a misogynist and a sexist by his comments in the past, and yes, probably Clinton as well.
But what you are inferring is that as long as enough time has gone by, its no longer acceptable for the victims to make any complaints.

An accusation years ago may have been swept under the carpet, but as there is now social media etc, one person mentioning about improper behaviour against another, might mean that others who had contact with the accused will feel brave enough to speak out as well.

You seem to have ignored my main questions to you. I shall ask again:

All I am saying is that in some cases it seems very opportunistic and that some of the accusations e.g. touching knees are quite ridiculous and mask people who did have real issues such as rape.
In addition these historical accusations do not take account of how things were at the time. We have moved forward very fast (not a bad thing sometimes) but that has meant that living people may of done things that were acceptable years ago but are not acceptable now.

The real danger of this change is two fold:
1) Those falsely accused suffer immensely loosing careers, jobs money marriages in in some cases their lives.
2) All these ridiculous accusations from the band wagon hoppers detract from the real serious cases that should be looked into, by that I mean rape/paedophilia etc.

Mikey, if you read my posts instead of making assumptions you’ll see I’m not defending anyone. As you know I think Trump is a flash git. I’m simply asking why now after all these years? Doesn’t it strike you as strange that suddenly all these people are crawling out of the woodwork? Seems to me if they can’t bring him down one way, they’ll try whatever they think might succeed. ‘Fair means or foul’ might suit you, but personally I find nothing admirable in that.
How times are changing, once a wandering hand from a man, would be firmly knocked down by the female, and the man knew where he stood until the next time he tried and then with a bit of luck it might be more acceptable.
Seems like marriage these days when it is wise to draw up a Post-nuptial agreement, very soon it will be wise to get a written and signed agreement that one's 'advances' are agreeable, so there is no comeback in the years ahead.
