Well, we gave them loads of dosh and although I haven't heard what the solution to the hi boarder is I suspect it is nearer what the EU wanted than not.

I also suspect the alleged £35b to £39 b will end up, after add on's and unforeseen expenditure and this and that, to well over £55 b. But you can bet your bottom euro that the figures will be disguised.

It happened by fudging the text. Everyone wanted an excuse to move on but nothing has really been solved. Much can come back to bite folk at the end. Especially as they insist nothing is agreed unless all is agreed.
