Has he crashed again?
I didn't know he was in charge over the summer!!

Gosh, sorry - this is in News - seeing the references made me think Wacky Races/Top Gear.
I rather like the guy.....grammar school.....Oxford...intellectual (1st in PPE) if you think that is important.
Can't understand why he didn't run for leader of the Conservative Party, but i am sure he will lead them in the future.
Messed up in his first budget.
Yes......I rather like him and have followed his Political career with interest, as i will continue to do.
Isn't the budget a collective endeavor , it's contents being given the nod by the the PM and his/her advisors beforehand ?

Sqad; I have a different feeling about him and think Ann Widdecombe's famous comment about Michael Howard, that he had "something of the night about him" is rather applicable.

cassa333; Theresa has gone on holiday and he 'has the keys' to number 10, he's giving interviews to French newspapers and doing everything he can to derail Brexit, he is the arch-remainer and if you are like-minded (as I suspect Sqad is) you will be comfortable with that. Left to him, Britain will have a Brexit which is only that in name and have the worst of all possible worlds.
Where has May gone on holiday - Germany ?
Italian Lakes.....I think ^^^
I think he should go too, holidays should be for everyone, but maybe wait until the others get back.
Put Jacob Rees Mogg in charge. He impressed me on Question Time. The others seem like idiots
In retrospect it seems unwise to have left a loose canon the run of the ship.
Maybe she left him instructions on what to say and to who etc but he lost the list so is making it up as he goes along.

Or maybe he thinks she will have a walking accident and he has to take over on a semipermanent basis?

Any numpty knows you dont publicly diss the boss when they are away. They always find out mwahahaha
Yes i.m.o.p.. He is a destabilising influence in the Cabinet and far too much on the 'Remain' side, mischief-making par excellence. Having thought it over, yes,he would form a faction for malcontents. This is bad - but it is worse that he is doing this from inside the Cabinet.

I would hope that Jacob Rees-Mogg will enter the lists sometime soon.
I would much rather the whole Government go, and we can hold another Election.

I know people with Oxbridge firsts (and double firsts) who couldn't run a fish and chip shop.
LOL....Khandro......maybe....but he isn't running a Fish and Chip shop.
I think he perpetuates a negative influence, a pessimistic interpretation, and is of a dour countenance.
LOL...david.....^^^^ but do you like him?
isn't he the plonker who said one thing in an interview with German median and said the opposite in an interview with the French media?

Yes, he should go.
