Oh I'm good Waterman. Ready to go out the door. I've got my works jumper on, a fleece and I'm about to put a large padded coat on too! Feeling chilly.

A bit nippy out so it is. I've just put some recycling in gthe bin, cilly enough for two pairs of boot laces it is.

Am going to attempt to get an hours sleep before I have to get up lol. May be bk in a little while lol - you all play nicely : )

That wouldn't be good for me Smow, I'm irritable if I don't get a good sleep. I use concentrated breathing if I have a problem sleeping. Slow breaths in and out.

Morning,all. Not often I'm up at this time. I went to bed ridiculously early, and so have woken up early. Must get and try to get more sleep soon.

Morning CJ xxx Nice to see you my lovely. I went to bed early. I've still got the tail end of this damn cold, it just will not go away. I've had it for two weeks now, it's at the stage where coughing hurts. I'm using the full quota of pain killers. No fun at all!

Get thee to bed my lovely and see if you can get anothet hour or so. :o}

I've got a cough that won't go away too.. I've got a bottle of medicine that I swig from when the coughing gets too much. Probably not too healthy:)

I've got a bottle of TD that gets opened when I'm not going out again. Works a treat! ;o} It gets the bugs too ratted to cause trouble. :o}
