^^LOL
I know that the Police have not given the breed of the hound.

But I have been watching K9 Police programmes and in one a stray Pit Bull was caught. They are much bigger than I imagined. Quite a good looking dog but not one that I would like to have an argument with. It was destroyed by the Vets.

This really is a tragic story
just heard on the news....so so sad
Jackie means another baby tragedy.....

I meant another tragedy caused by a dog. Try not to trivialise the subject with semantics.
He knows what you meant, Jackdaw.
It was a staffie
and another dog will be destroyed, and most likely the owner of the dog put it in a position it should never be in, like alone with a child or a child allowed to taunt a dog.

So many irresponsible dog owners having dogs that require specialist handling or at least some knowledge of keeping such dogs.

I hope whoever is responsible is sent to prison for a long time!!

Makes me sick!!

The dog has been PTS, sounds as if it was the family's dog.
