When a woman becomes President of the USA, what would she be called?

Would it be Madam President?

And if she has a male partner, what would his title be?

If Hilary won, it's easy, because Bil Clinton will still be called Mr President (that stays with previous incumbents for life)...but assuming the Presidents fella isnt a previous President...what should be be called???

I seem to recall that when Jack Bauer of '24' fame worked for a lady president she was called Madam President. I think her husband was called Bill. ;o)
