I'm not sure what you mean. Would you care to elaborate?
Also unclear to me - horrific crime.

So your saying this piece of filth now represents all Essex girls?
I see, never been one for stereotypes.
What a daft OP.
On such a serious subject as well!

Do Essex Girls commit many murders,
should I be worried,
I Married one 28 years ago?
Agreed Tabot. Says more about Canary than Essex girls. In fact it doesn't say anything about Essex girls. Just one girl who happens to be from that county.
This knife-crime business seems to be getting worse !

Another youngster out on the streets, out of control it would seem to me.
Ridiculous question.

I understand your question (to paraphrase, "Is this now more representative of women in Essex that the airhead glamourpuss of the past"), but because this particular attack is still a rarity (thankfully), it's not enough to become a stereotype.

So no - this is not 'the new Essex girl'.

Not by any stretch of the imagination.

It's simply a horrible crime.
I concur with mikey4444's post.
Doesn't seem like they're showing much/any remorse.
The apparent lack of humility/respect shown by their families probably explains a lot.
While not condoning this horrific and brutal killing, one must step back and contemplate the ages of these alleged killers.

13,14,15,16 & 17, not much more than children, who's whole lives are now destroyed for ever, and the parents and relatives who only a few years ago were celebrating the birth of these youngsters, what of them?

Yes I suppose I will be lambasted for being a hand wringer, but when one gets to my age, one looks back and thinks of all those years throughout one's life, the advantages and pitfalls we all have to experience, and recognise that any particular moment throughout all those years one could be placed in a situation that could either improve ones life, or completely destroy it.

I'd be more concerned about the innocent victim and his family.
// Is This The New Essex Girl ?//

some surprisingly intellectual answers

I thought it was an opportunity to show some more photos of girls with big tats ( yes tattoos )
yes I agree AOG remarkable hand wringing contribution

but it is still sunday and time to repent

as the facts of this come out ....
for example if the youngest knew one other was carrying a knife and was present then he would be indicted for murder under the rule of "common purpose". [ and faces a ten year stretch for being in the wrong place at the wrong time ]

That goes without saying Svejk, but I was also looking at the other side of the coin.
No doubt they will be sent to some young offenders institution, given x boxes etc and then let out in 3 years time.

What happened to tough on knife crime?
