So you have NO evidence that women are treated more leniently.

You are going off three or four cases and then saying that applies to ALL cases involving females, without any evidence to support that leap.

Even in the cases reported, there is the claim of leniency without having evidence from a similar circumstance where the sexes of the perpetrator and victim are reversed.

I don't believe that women are treated more leniently, and I do not accept a couple of newspaper reports as evidence that they are.

Then you show me of at least three examples where male sex abusers have got off with a more lenient sentences than an equal number of female sex abusers?
I can't because I am not claiming men are more leniently or more harshly treated. You are but it is a spurious claim.
Men and women are prosecuted under the same law with the same sentencing guidelines, so apart from the odd case, the sentences should be broadly similar.
Sentences are constantly being monitored, so any variation would result in sentencing guidelines being re-affirmed to judges and magistrates.
its not only in sex cases that they are treated more leniently

If the boy is frightened surely he wouldn't be able to 'perform'.
You're referring to penetrative sex. Oral sex is classed as rape, too
surely the crime is off an adult taking advantage of a minor, whether they consent or not it is a crime and it should be treated equally
