Monday. It's all calm and dry outside. That's a improvement. I'll settle for that at this time of year. Nice if it stays that way.

Some running about to do today, down to the canal then over to Stroud. Then to Wotton-under-Edge. I can come home then!

Have as happy day everyone.

Good morning misty xxx Nice to see you. How are you this morning? ;o}
Question Author
I'm fine, by the way!
Just passing by to get a drink, very bad throat and cough.
Question Author
Oh dear. Not good. I hope it soon clears up misty. xxx
Ty Boatie it is really very painful, but hopefully it won't last too long. Doesn't help when you are already struggling to sleep.
Question Author
You're right misty. No fun at all. The best thing you can do is stay in bed, have a bottle of your favourite booze, drink the bottle and it will get the bugs too drunk to cause trouble. If it doesn't, by the time you've finished the bottle, you won't care. ;o}
That comment made me smile Boatie, have a good day, see you soon. Tc.
Question Author
That's good then. ;o} Sleep well. xxxxx
Morning folks. xxx

Boaty, I assume the spammers/trolls have been out to play again this morning as you are 100% latest posts.?

Morning jan xxx Not one this morning...so far. Just thought I'd go for it. ;o} How are you this morning?
Fine thanks. All very mild here this morning.
Question Author
That's good. I hope it at least stays like it jan. At least until I've finished running around anyway. :o}
At least you keep busy boaty and have a good social life. Failing that, you'd just have to sit at home and play on the AB all day like so many . The week I was housebound ,as I waited in for deliveries, I popped into the AB from time to time as I was so bored, I noticed that some ABers seem to spend most of their waking hours in the site. Why? Just to get their profile points up? I was surprised and saddened to see so many people using the AB as their social life.
Had a fab day at T.Wells yesterday. Lovely food, all catered professionally.
Cockadoodledoo, he's got me up & its my day off. G'morning all....
Question Author
I agree with you jan. Apart from this thread I rarely come on here, or any other site. I occasionally use it for research. But that's about it. I really do feel sorry for those you mention. It would drive me round the bend. There is so much one can do if one just looks. If I'm not having a good day then I will stay in. It's on those days I catch up with programmes I've recorded. The low energy days. Apart from those there is always somewhere to explore, new people to meet things to do. Things to enjoy.
