TTT, not really true. Benefits is a pittance as you would know if you'd ever had the misfortune to have to claim them (instead of taking the media's word for it).

Many anti depressants increase appetite so often over eating is not a case of greed. It's the medication.

Gastric bands ? How come people of 1940 -50s werent obese, they had a lot more to be depressed about.

And were they on anti depressants? Was there a McDonalds on every high street? Did they have an option to sit and watch TV all day if they didn't have a job?

^ because they cooked from scratch (no convince food) and they walked ar cycled everywhere as most people did not have cars.
