Moari symbols, chinese, tramp stamps, butterflies, what happenned to "Mum & Dad", "love & hate", "cut here" etc? Wouldn't be surprised if your modern sailor types don't bother any more!

The tough guys who used to be the ones that were associated with tattoos must be feeling a bit disgruntled, when they see 'softer' people getting their skins decorated with 'softy' designs.
your modern sailor types may do, but it might not go down well with their superiors, not sure what the position is, but in some cases i have heard that the forces don't like their service personnel showing tattoos. I really don't like tattoos on anyone, and strange story in todays paper of a guy who can't get a passport because he has changed his name to something bonkers to do with being the most tattooed man on the planet, will see if can find the link
You'd think he wouldn't need a passport. He has a unique look.
he does, but its the name change that's caused the problem.
ugly, not unique.
I bet nobody wants to sit next to him on a bus, plane, etc.
There's a tatto artist who attends the Download Festival every year, and hangs out in the press area, and he has got a four letter word beginning with 'C' that entirely covers his back - from his shoulders to the base of his spine, and from side to side.

Some people may consider that 'tough'.
Certainly, anyone who wants to be 'decorated' like this can have whatever they want written on their skin.
i have seen several guys and not a few women who were as far as one could tell completely covered in tattoos, including the face, yuck
A little research shows that he is Woody from High Wycombe, and he also has the words 'Pure F**king Hate' in seriously large letters on his chest.

Tough enough Tora?
not tough, just stupid.
Not tattoos BUT.......

I've seen this lady a couple of times on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh... It was difficult to stop the kids from staring...

Why wouldn't anyone want to sit next to him on a bus. He may be the most agreeable chap who just happens to be a bit bonkers in changing his name to something so ridiculous. At least he chose his silly name, unlike Buddy Bear Oliver or Moxie Crimefighter Jillette, to name but two poor souls.

what a titfer!
mazie, have seen someone similar, not as many but isn't it awful.
not the name change, the tats, sorry i can't look at his photo.
I don't like it emmie. She got most indignant when the tourist stopped and looked in awe.....You really can't expect any other looking like she does...It's her choice but she has to understand people are going to stop and stare, one asked her for a photo and she wasn't amused
// Has 90 per cent of his body covered in ink - including his eyeball //

including his eyeball ? - that cant be correct .

I can never understand people who have multiple , in your face tattoos - i dont see the attraction .

A small flower or something like that - yes

probably meant eyelids...
