The MPs who attend the course will just nick all the pens, and over-claim on their taxi fares to the venue.

They should be made to hold a regular weekly surgery in their constituencies, then they would soon know where they are going wrong, the public would soon tell them.
You have to love the idea that anyone can keep a straight face whilst recommending that our MPs need to take basic Ethics lessons so they can distinguish right from wrong ;)

Also highlighting Bankers especially as some kind of moral compass is particularly ironic given the global financial meltdown and ongoing shenanigans over misselling allegations and interest rates manipulation.
