No he didnt care for dead Mike - he was not trained to give propofol but gave it anyway, too much and didnt know what to do when he got into difficulties (with the drug, rather than the police). He also tried to cover up or dispose of evidence.
Other than that - his practice was such that he fould have been on the GMC Council itself.....
