This was just on the local news - the poor dog is tied to the bloke with a lead, as they scuffle the dog is swinging round. I don't wonder that it bit his backside.

Do the police know about this? That man in the suit should be charged with assault.
^ Agree.
What a bully, he wants charging.

I trust Mr Dale will be charged,
clear video evidence here
The video on the news was longer than that one. The bloke with the paper ended up on his arse..
On the other hand, isn't it the chap who is being interviewed that has the right to give his interview without a some looney standing behind him with a badly made placard?
Isn't he the one who used to follow Chris Hugne's wife into court every day?

Nutter.

Nuke's - the dog - I thought was enjoying himself.

I didnt see the bum-bite - did it make him squawk ?

with the other guy saying - squawk louder - punk...
strange how the leaders say we should all have the right to a peaceful protest then blow a fuse when people protest in their own country

just then same in all countries

15 Aug 2013 - ... We support universal rights essential to human dignity, including the right to peaceful protest.

chrissa he has no right to control who stands where in a public place! - if he didn't like it he should have moved

he most certainly had no right to manhandle the guy to the ground just because he didn't like where he was standing.

i am amazed at the guys words in the article - the thinks he's totally justified in what he did - like he can control who stands where!

i work in film, and i know only too well that we have no control over the public and no control to stop them walking anywhere in our shot -
we can ask nicely if they mind waiting for a minute until 'cut' is called and most people oblige, but if they didn't we have no powers to stop them just walking through the shot - we have to just wait until they've gone. or move - unless of course we have paid the council to close the road and have a police presence to stop them.
