Crab Sandwich

Just had a tinned crab meat sandwich.

By my standards, that's a culinary achievement.

I even sliced some cucumber in it.

Have you tried it in an avocado instead of prawns?

I went into my local fish/ seafood shop to get a dressed Cromer crab, they had run out, so, I bought a tin of crab claws @ £10.95 which I thought was a bit dear, but needs must. The tin was packed full with no brine and did 2 crab salads and 4 rounds of sarnies, damned good buy.
