After Boris being Boris [my post below], The Times finds Mr Bloom being Mr Bloom. Is he creating a persona for himself, one which is deliberately seeking controversy and which is about 50 years behind the times for any modern politician?

I'm really going to miss this clown, when his constituents finally give him the push ! But I suppose BNP-lite will still provide us with other forms of amusement after he's gone.
@Fred I cannot read your full link unfortunately, since I will not subscribe to the Times, cheapskate that I am :)

I have taken the liberty of including a link to politics.co.uk where Bloom posted his original article. Makes for interesting reading. I can imagine his expressed views will appeal very strongly to a particular cohort of the public, but I do not know quite how widespread that appeal might be.

I thought his musings on atheism - and I am not entirely sure why he felt the need to include atheism in his article - funny, in a misguided, logic-free kind of way :)

Thanks lazygun...even more mirth from this twit ! How he has been in his job as a MEP for 10 years is getting harder and harder to understand. PR is to blame it would seem.
Lol with you Lazygun. "We just don't know" will become his tag line surely.
The main political parties must be thanking their lucky stars he is spouting off again, he is discrediting UKIP more effectively than they ever dared hope.
Eddie...I am with you all the way there...may this idiot and others like him in BNP-lite long continue to make fools of themselves !
be careful what you wish for, mikey. Ukip discrediting themselves is a dream outcome for Cameron, since they threatened to siphon off disgruntled Tories.
jno...you are right of course ! I take it all back. May BNP-lite be as successful as possible in 2015, thus ensuring Ed has an easy slide into power.

Thanks for the link,LG. Apart from his dismissing of women as writers after, apparently, years and years of history in which they were educated and had the time for it, he observes in passing that the female TV presenter was herself the beneficiary of a quota system. That would be news to female TV presenters.
