Views please? No doubt controversial...

My view - "You tell us where Keith Bennett's body is, and when found, we'll let you die in prison."

Seems like a good trade off DTC - except he will have forgotten where he was buried
Question Author
then he stays in hospital, I presume it's Rampton.
I thnk Brady forfeited his rights to anything when he tortured and murdered those poor children.
Question Author
sorry I missed that, woofgang.
He'll never say where Bennett's body is buried. Same as being allowed to die, it's all to do with control.
Question Author
May well be the case, craftie, just like that recently convicted "sick" guy near Aberystwyth.
allegedly he's been on hunger strike for 10 years. Good, hope he is in great pain.
I'm sure I read somewhere that a professional (whether is be psychiatrist or something similar) said he was controlling everything as he is a disgusting pathetic worm of a human being.

(apologies to worms, they are useful)
Question Author
I don't think it matters where he is as he should get the crap beaten out of him and more likely to happen in a HMP than Rampton. It would, however, be good if he was to give the family a crumb of comfort, though I tend to agree with the view that he's a controlling bastard.
Keiths Mother died in great distress not knowing where her precious son was buried.
Brady should also eventually die in distress knowing he wasnt able to die sooner.
Let him rot in hell.
dreadful thought, that he no longer remembers where the young Bennett's body is buried.
Part of me thinks he does, hope they keep him alive, painfully, for the next 20 years. at least.
Question Author
Makes you wonder why they didn't pump him full of truth serum.
Imo, Brady had the right to die the minute he was sentenced along with his accomplice.
Don't think he'll ever tell where Keith Bennett's body is DT and as Welshy say's he has most likely forgotten where they buried Keith anyway.
Question Author
One thing I would do is tell him he's going to be buried on the moor too...some would say, preferably when he's still alive.
Good idea DT, in a 12'' deep grave with just a few rocks thrown on top.
If the child is buried on the moor his body will never be found. It seems to be a vast, featureless, place and even if Brady wanted to tell it's unlikely that he could.
Don't forget that they (Hindley & Brady) were in prison for 21 years before admitting murdering Keith Bennett and Pauline Reade. Last search was carried out 10 years ago with scientists, psychologists, imagery experts, search advisors, geologists, geophysicists, geochemists, archaeologists and anthropologists but nothing was ever found.
Question Author
I am not putting a best answer on this thread, the issue being so gross.
I don't know much about finding bodies but I thought that dogs could cover an area quickly. Also ground penetrating radar machines.
I know that there is little chance of ever finding the body so lets just keep Brady alive as long as possible, if only to prove to him that he is not in control of his own death.
