Much has been said about the brainwashing of our children by 'nasty left' teachers, here two prime examples have been exposed.

One a member of The Socialist Workers Party is described as a special needs teacher, it would seem he is in need of some sort of 'special teaching', in the correct way to conduct himself.

The other well what can we say about her when she comes out with disgusting terms as this ‘Who wants to p*** on her grave?’

Both should be given their 'marching orders' but I doubt they will.

lazygun, if we learned from history we wouldn't have any more wars, because the one thing you learn from ancient and more modern history is that people die, in the most grotesque ways imaginable. So we don't learn, and haven't ever, it's what will see us all shuffle off this mortal coil, because someone has a bigger bomb than the next bloke and will likely not think before detonating it.

sp would you agree that a good teacher can influence a child for life, that their teaching can be inspirational and enlightening, so what is to stop a not so good teacher from doing the exact opposite. I remember some of ours, only one was exceptional.. an English teacher, he gave me a love for literature and learning.

unenlightening, uninspiring teachers put pupils to sleep, as I recall, rather than persuading them to join the Nazis. Miss Jean Brodie is something of an exception, of course.

Of course not.Every teacher should undergo a thorough vetting and only Tory supporters aloud to teach !!

But that does not stop us from trying to educate does it Em? And I would disagree - we do learn. Painfully slowly sometimes, but we do learn.

And whilst a good teacher should be inspirational and effect our kids, that does not necessarily mean they are going to impart their political opinions.

I had 2 particularly inspirational teachers during my childhood - a maths teacher and a biology teacher, both of whom inspired and encouraged me to learn more about these topics. It was only much later, returning to my village and sharing a pint with these people in the pub, that i found out that they had political opinions diametrically opposed to my own.
