Much to Teresa May's dismay of limiting those of outside the EU Cameron says Indians coming here are welcome and to be encouraged. Shouldn't Pakistan its next door neigbhbour be encouraged also?

Jake does care about race except its in their favour. With thousands taking degrees or post graduate degrees in UK some employers would rather ignore the home grown talent.

@pdq - your reading of jakes post is skewed. Really, go read his post again. What Jake is saying is that he wants the best candidate, regardless of race.

You on the other hand appear to want him to accept an inferior candidate if they are british........
