Of course they should be able to stay.
Without doubt!
Yep.
My god, what a sad story and ridiculous situation.
The kids belong with their father. Someone who came over here to better their lives. He works, he's got a stable life, and they think putting the poor mites into care would be the better option? It really does beggar belief.

Yes.
What's your opinion, AOG?
Incidentally, I agree with everyone else who's posted so far, yes, they should be allowed to stay.
keep them and get rid of some of the thieving scumbags that pervade our society, seems a good trade off.
This seems to be an example of a lack of flexibility in applying rules and civil servants seeming incapable of taking some responsibility and exercising reasonable judgement.

What good will be served by deporting them?
What damage will be done?

Simple calculation it seems to me
Poor little mites, already lost their mother and their homeland now they've to lose their remaining parent?

The world's bonkers.
Gawd! We get mad parasites like Abu Qatada being allowed to stay here – but children with a dad who actually works to keep them being threatened with deportation! This country is crazy!!
Does this threat not infringe the dad's right to a family life as enshrined in various bits of legislation?
as i said on another thread this country has it's priorities totally wrong.
Mr Tutt might want to canvass his neighbourhood for support, get a hold of a megaphone to let all and sundry hear of his plight and requirements but, most importantly, have a mass, peaceful sit down in the road.
We've seen that tactic work a few times now, haven't we?
I think the publicity he's getting already should be pretty helpful.
This beggars belief - of course these kiddies should stay.
AOG

A happy (and rare) occasion, where everyone seems to be in agreement!
You can't be sure of that, SP1814. AOG hasn't gave his opinion and you know how he feels about foreigners coming here and dipping into the benefit pot.

My breath is duly bated.

It's an AB cliffhanger...
Do you think the photo might persuade AOG that these particular South Africans should be allowed to stay Sandy?
I dont understand much about the British Immigration law (I am on an aged dependant visa and am supported by my daughter who is British) but cant this man claim refugee status for his children, the same as many 'others' have claimed?
