I'm juts loving the outrage here... http://www.dailymail....sport-NOT-sacked.html

It is alarming that a child (anyone) managed to board a plane having got through a number of security checks but why doesn't the mother acknowledge her failings in this escapade?

She wants some of the Jet2 staff sacked - pity you can't sack her from being a parent!!

Side question - how did you get a link directly to the photo???
You right click on the picture - view picture, it will open in a new window, then copy the URL.
Parental responsibility was removed by Noo Labour. Cradle to grave etc, plus of course his Toniness also wanted extra business for his scum Lawyer mates with all the compo.
she should be done for letting him have that idiotic haircut, never mind taking her beady eye off him long enough for him to disappear to Rome.
I suppose his mother was so busy at home cooking a nourishing meal for him from scratch that she didn't notice he had gone.
sp......Like ummmm said.
Like any paper would, the Mail have doubtless edited the copy to read as though the mother is holding only the airline responsible - any mention of her own grief at her parental shortcomings would have been ruthlessly cut.

Add to that her choice in allowing her son to walk around with his hair in a particularly challening style, and it makes it all look bac for her.

There is no mention of her attempts to track him down - which would not have been difficult, siimply look for an unaccompanied child with the stupidist haircut in the airport that year - they'd have found him in a flash!
At least she didn't leave him in the pub
;-)
jesus h. christ....look at the state of them! you really only have to look at the mother (who allows her son to look that stupid) to see where the blame lies. thanks, eccles - i have just wet myself laughing after reading that article x
bloody tragic.
The mother must be in straitened circumstances. She appears to have been only able to get her son half a haircut.
he looks like a d&&&head and she looks like the mother of one.
