Probably to the nearest morgue - if that guy is released without further action then the vigilante groups will be out in force - rednecks will not believe that he innocent.
particularly Welsh rednecks....
Home most likely, but still avilable for police enquiries. He is not the first person to be released because of lack of evidence - but he is still innocent until then.

Home?

With, or without police protection?
If he isn't charged, I doubt very much he will be released "home". I imagine he will be spirited away somewhere so that a) he is safe and b) the police can keep tabs on him.
If he is released he will have to have protection and be moved to a 'safe house' somewhere. Death sentence otherwise.
Question Author
His picture has been seen by everyone , Barmaid.
Where will 'safe' be?
That is a question I do not have an answer to MT - I foresee that being a significant headache for Dyfed-Powys Constabulary.
We have to remember this bloke is guilty until otherwise proved.

He will not be able to return home ever, he will always be guilty in the eyes of some despite of what is proved - you just have to read some of the comments on here to see that!
"We have to remember that this bloke is guilty til otherwise proved".

lol Fried, either your sense of irony at some of the internet posts is as keen as ever or you meant "innocent"..... ;)
lynch mob back again
i thought it was innocent until proved guilty :0
Remember this case in 2010? The police initially arrested the landlord, Christopher Jefferies, and his name and photos were in all the newspapers.

Sorry mind and fingers and laptop working at different speeds - you know what I mean!!

Exactly, Helen.

But if I'm being honest I would not want to see him set up in a 'safehouse' on my street.

Is anyone on AB able to honestly say they would be fine with him moving next door to them?
Yes annea - thank you for pointing that out Barmaid has already done it.
Question Author
bloody hell, Helen.... I thought that slip was freudian
I'm wondering if he's said something in one of his interviews for them to have charged him on suspicion of murder?

I don't fancy him moving anywhere near me.
I wouldn't want him next door to me - that is a fact. But for no other reason than I would be looking for the lynch mob every few minutes and hoping that a) they didn't come and b) if they did, they didn't get the wrong house.
Vicasso, that case was not one of AB's finest hours with the vitriol that went the Landlord's way.......despite several of us saying that he wasn't yet charged or found guilty and some of it bordering on libellous.
