Unfortunately that is the way it works and it will always be the same. Would you want a Communist World, with all that it entails?

If I had millions I wouldnt be giving them away (except for close family and a few close friends), and I'd object to being told what I should be doing with it.

I've seen Star Trek, all these arguments are as dust. I saw we reach a stage where money is no longer relevant as we all do our duty to our fellow citizens.

After all, it isn't money one really needs, that is merely a means to an end. Iit is to have our needs fulfilled plus some. And a reason to be.

If we all had a million pounds how much would you have to pay a millionaire to empty your bins, dispose of your sewage, generate your electricity, supply your food etc. etc. You would have to pay so much the million wouldn't last long.

Nice thought Oldgeezer but they never seem to explain that if money/reward is irrelevant then why does anyone try? It'd take a sea change of human nature and that isn't ever going to happen. Rather like the teacher who taught his class why socialism cannot work by applying it to their grades.
