Morning All, it's a bit nippy out there this morning, brrrrrrrr. have we all managed to get some fuel? I was lucky enough to have had a full tank at the beginning of last week so the 'mad panic' didn't affect me. All the garages I passed yesterday seem to be back o normal with no queues. How's it been in your neck of the woods?

We only fire in 20 quid a fortnight and didn't have to last week. Also we had no need to drive pass any petrol station so am blissfully unaware. :-)

The young alba was on holiday last week, so by the time I came here in the morning, everyone had gone about their business :-)

Short week this week and next for me - no plans as yet for the long weekend so I suppose I should be looking to do all those little jobs i've been putting off. Clearing old clothes out and taking them off to the charity shop as well as small household items no longer in use. About time i sorted the dearly departed's personal belonging too - much as it will be hard, it has to be done.

Sir Alec, As a kid born in the mid 50s, I was brought up on The Beatles but my interest in music started slightly later. However, a good tune is always a good tune and the Fab Four certainly put out some damed good tunes!!

Morning all! I've been up since 3, making bread and putting the washing on the line. It's not cold here, well, no wind, so it doesn't seem cold!
