Who do you think will win? Will Boris manage to retain it? Oddschecker has them almost neck and neck. All answers welcome but especially from Londoners.

If Ken does win, a far more interesting conflict will be between the Tory elements who will wish to see Boris parachuted into a safe parliamentary constituency and those - including Cameron probably! - who won't.

That is a rather disgusting comment.

Fortunately, it is largely untrue. Bendy Buses were no more dangerous to cyclists (or pedestrians) than 'normal' buses.

If Boris loses the election would that affect his hopes for No 10?
I'd like to see Ken get in again.
BORIS....Can't have the Olympics without him
Gromit you haven't read your own article. Read the first couple of paragraphs which showed double the amount of accidents for both pedestrians and cyclist by bendy buses.

Yes, QM. Cameron will be delighted if Boris wins, but not for the usual reason ! If Boris loses, he'll be on the backbenches in no time, and cheerfully working to be the prime candidate should Cameron suffer a defeat either at an election or by his own party.

I think Boris will win.

And I wonder if Boris wins, whether David Cameron will see that as a boost for the Tories and a green light to call a quick general election?
Yes, what is the position now with calling an election? Did the Lib Dems not do a deal whereby this term was a fixed term or did Cameron avoid or so modify it that he has a get out?

Actually Fred I think you're right, they are all stuck together for the 5-year term. What a pity that would have been fun.
