it isn't, any part of it, the reason i would love it have won the lottery and let them get on with it. If the police can't protect you who can.
I'm wearing my cast iron codpiece so my area is very safe, thank you for enquiring.

^^^ I have no idea what all that means really. I quite like my area and I don't consider it particularly unsafe.
''Anti-social behaviour 10''

China... you should mention that you are responsible for the majority of that... I talk with the neighbours ya know...
My area is about the same...but it feels safe and friendly
I think my area is pretty safe.

don't know what this means either, but this is the stat for area.
crime? i opened the link and got distracted by kimkardashians norks.

during that time there was a rise.
Nothing other than a burglary in my immediate area - other stuff further away.

But I'm not sure what the purpose is.
Unless I do a comparative study of other postcodes how do i decide if the results are good or bad?
Will they be seasonal?
Are they trending up or down?

Above all

Should I feel reassurred?
Should I feel anxious?

Maybe not knowing is better

Makes you think twice. I was unaware beforehand that a theft had taken place or that a neighbour had been done for creating a disturbance. More locks on the gate and better security in future.
OMG have just phoned Pickfords!

Rov, trouble is this is shutting people in, instead of the public being protected and feeling safe, so the riff raff rule.
Rather shocked at the antisocial behaviour that occurred at some point in my house lol. On further reading it does say the locations are in an approximate area...phew! Apart from that it shows the type of crimes in the types of places I'd expect but overall I feel as safe as I did before I looked at it. I just have to keep my eyes open for leary pensioners coming down my street.
looks like our area is a bit of a hot spot going on the figures i posted, doesn't surprise me, the low life bstards that pervade this area now, with their drug taking, dealing, makes me wonder will the police ever get a handle on these gangs that blight our lives.
Zeuhl

Do you live in the Outer Hebrides????

My own figures cover not only the nice middel class part of Islington (where anti-social behaviour could include not being up to date with the Archers), but also the rowdier parts of Holloway Road and Upper Street...so all in all...ummm...
11 'events' 7 of which are anti social behaviour - 5 from the same house! so one family almost half of our crime picture.
my area

Burglary 3
Anti-social behaviour 24
Robbery 0
Vehicle crime 0
Violent crime 1
Public Disorder and Weapons 1
Shoplifting 0
Criminal damage and Arson 4
Other Theft 3

so presumably its safer than zeuhls area for car crime and violent crime, but not so handy if you need drugs.
I'm interested what the impact would be on pubs and clubs in high-crime areas?
