up early again. have a job 'interview' today to see if the nhs will keep me in my post during a reshuffle of services :o( feel a bit rubbish and i'm awake after only three hours sleep. grrrr x

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.hiya. i think most of us are at the point of not caring any more as we have been treated very badly...which is of course a real shame. if they don't use this opportunity to weed out the lazy 'dross' from our hospital, then more fool them, really. i work very hard and always go the extra mile for patients, so if they don't want my services, then maybe i shouldn't be working there. so many staff have bad attitudes and are sooooooo lazy it's just not funny. not any more, anyway. the nhs is really going downhill imho. morning to you! x
hi alba. have not lit it yet as finish has to be 'cured' and the manufacturers recommend lots of ventilation and being out of the room when you do it. also recommend doing it with several small burnings not one big one, so looks like it will take a few days. thanks for asking.

i got moved slightly downwards to make way for some guy with a degree. he turned out not to be able to do the job and so they asked me to come back after a couple of months until they found another person with a degree to do job. i was very upset as i was doing my degree through ou but still had a way to go. part of job requirement was to have a degree so why did they appoint me in first place!!!!!
getting a job is a lottery, if your face fits as they say, having sat in on interview panels as an observer, reckon that it's not a cv that the employer judges you on so much as what you say in the first 20 seconds. Seen that so often, and listened to comments about the person who has just walked out the door, like she/he is not suited because of their age, size, etc, which i always found horrendous, but i wasn't there to judge.
