no, the traffic is heavier, therefore slower..
80% of accidents occur at <20 mph....so expect the car park prangs.
I drive pretty slow at this time of year as I like to keep stopping and look at the pretty lights on the houses!!! AAHHH

I know they are usually like this but where I live in the dreaded London they have actually got worse.
I'm in London most days.. it seems the same to me with heavier traffic.

I blame it on global warming
We are so lucky to have roadworks every 100 yards. Slows the traffic down beautifully. The temporary lights mean that I can actually cross the road to the bus stop. Hurrah for British Gas. But it is not actually British is it?
lol miss prim and that was just the reversing....
