I don't agree with Sunak often, but he's right here. Starmer is cynically using the situation for his own advantage, and many of the public are likely to lap it up.

 

As for the childishness, that's normal Westminster behaviour, isn't it ?

Not for one second do I think either of these ministers care about anyone except how they  look on tv.

RS looks like a wee school boy having a tantrum and wanting to be excused to go to the toilet. 

We have always had "yah/boo" politics in this country. It's got worse since the introduction of the TV cameras.

 

I would also suspect better attendance  so they can be seen by their voters ' working ' as opposed to down the club !

It gets a bit yah/boo on here too at times.
