Pasta salad, soup yes.
I introduced this recipe to my son which he takes to work in a Tupperware box and eats cold or reheats it if a microwave is available.
If you don't like fish you could substitute it for shredded cooked chicken.

If you have some pasta for your tea (or just boil some and let it cool) mix with a tin of tuna chopped up celery/cucumber tomato plus mayo or salad cream

Boiled eggs chopped with tomato, gherkins, cold boiled potatoes and bound together with mayo

slice of white bread -spread with mustard or mayo add slice of ham, slice of cheese and roll up like a sausage, wrap in cling film until you want to eat it

Nachos with left over spag bol or chili

The Irish builder, on top of the multi storey, sat down for his lunch.
'' Aaaaaaaaaarrrgh!!! Not cheese AGAIN!!!!! ''
And jumped off the top of the building.

At the inquest, his tearful wife said, '' I just don't understand it, Paddy always made his own sandwiches! ''
Quiche. Hard boiled egg with curry and Mayo sandwiches or in pita bread. Chick peas, tuna and onion salad
Rice, chicken strips and steamed pak choi with teriyaki dressing.
I'm doing traybake tonight (broccoli and meatballs in a tomato, white wine and garlic sauce) with cheese sauce on top (gratin optional).

There'll be enough left for us to take a portion each to work.

Baked potatoes are also a good option for work and you can take your filling in a separate container.
I suppose it depends on your budget and facilities available.
Have you got a microwave at work?
Are you sure that you've exhausted all the possibilities with sandwiches? Have you, for example, tried stilton and mango chutney in a sarni? (Delicious!). Or cream cheese, crunchy peanut butter and celery?

There are some recipe suggestions here
https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/collection/lunchbox-recipes
but if you'd prefer something you can simply buy in a supermarket, try the wraps (instead of sarnis) from the sandwich counter or check out the hot chicken portions (etc) from the rotisserie counter. (Several supermarkets seem to be doing stuff specifically designed for a hot 'lunch on the go' these days).

If there's a Greggs near to where you work, try their hot pizza slices or their savoury slices.

If there's a microwave oven available for staff use where you work, look out for things like Jamaican patties in corner shops (where they're often easier to find than in the big supermarkets).

Back in Asda, Tesco, et al, take a look at the cooked meat counter to see if they sell slices of ham & egg pie (etc). Also look for the variations on standard pork pies that you sometimes come across in supermarkets (such as the ones that have got cheese and pickle in them).
A wrap?
Crackers n cheese / dip (obv u wld keep each sep until eating time
Soup (in a flask so it’s already hot).
Hot dog (take ur roll already buttered with ketchup n mustard. Then the sausage you heat but popping it in a cup of boiled water )
Are you talking nasty sausage from a tin/jar, Eve?
I used to take Itsu noodle pots to work.
Rice cakes, lumps of cheese, carrots, cucumbers.
Leftover dinner if you’ve got a microwave at work to reheat it. Soup.
