50 days and shes still missing.
i watch the tv and i shout at it.
her parents are so upset but fail to realise they are the core cause of this.
sorry but if theyd cared more about their 3 kids and less about food and drink maddy would be safe.
those are indesputable facts.
I hope shes found.
but im very sceptical.

God forbid, I ever chose to walk down the street naked on a saturday night, would it be my fault if I was to be gang raped and beaten? No!! I should have the right to walk around naked and be unharmed. Just as a parent should be able to leave their kids and not come hom to find one abducted. I have said it before, that I dont think abduction would have entered my head if I were to contemplate such a thing, fire would be my big, big worry!
It's not their fault that someone stole their child. They were negligent and wrong but we all know that. Its not bringing Maddie home is it? I do wonder what the laws over there are for leaving your child unattended though. I dont even know what they are here.

Yes, it is still taking your eyes off the child. There are times that happens, of course. Nobody can keep watch every second, every minute. However not many parents who do that would leave them so far away and in a strange place. Put it this way, if you take your eyes off your child for a minute, you are in the place where they disappeared and they can either come and find you or you can try and find them. Yes, they could be abducted...however the time span is so short you have at least a head start in trying to find them. As I said before, there aren't many who would leave their child/ren for 50 minutes in an unlocked apartment.
I certainly am not vilifying the parents ~ simply answering posts here. It just amazes me that there are searches for Maddie based on the belief that she was abducted, yet nobody in the media seems to have suggested she may have wandered off. That is a real possiblity, and if she had fallen in water there wouldn't neccessarily have been any evidence of that as yet.

Im no do gooder and its common knowledge i advopcate torture and hanging for paedophiles , so once again you are sadly misinformed.
Waldofroog im sorry to say it wasnt a rant .The parents had left the three kids to dine out on more than 1 occassion and after 2 weeks when people who dined w�iththem gave statements at the police station it came to light that the kids hadnt been checked on FOR AN HOUR and not the 30 mins they first told the police.
I was really annoyed to watch the sky news intervieqw where they are talking about a deal with the record comp�ny for bryan adams 2 everything i do " record to be released for maddie???
im ata loss tyo see how that can get her back?
and gerry comes across " we didnt know how long this was going to drag on"!!!! did i hear him correctly??
and also " the types of job we do .i find your mind would have to be on the job every minute" sadly their minds werent on watching 3 kids.

to go out boozing and eating is not an excuse to leave them.

As I said on another thread regarding this case - any of those 3 children could have woken up, cried out, slid open the patio door to go to find Mummy or Daddy - falling into the deep end of the swimming pool on the way & drowning.
I'm sure abduction would have been the last thing on their minds, but waking up & p'raps banging their heads on bedside cabinets or other bedroom furniture, getting their little fingers caught in the doors, or falling into a swimming pool would have been just some of the reasons I wouldn't have left my children or grandchildren on their own.
Not just the possibility of abduction.
However, I still have every sympathy for Maddie's parents & they do not deserve to keep being reminded of their decision to leave their children on their own - they already know that & are suffering enough.

given drink by their parents who are boozing in bars elsewhere.
when you comment on thefact theyre 15 drunk and in a foreign country and could easily be taken advantage of or worse.the parents arent interested.

I wonder when the McCann's will think it's the 'right' time to return home to England?
I can understand them wanting to be close to where their daughter was taken, or wandered off, but feel it might be better to return home & try to get back to as 'nornal' life as possible for the sake of their twins......
