Online Banking Stress.
Is it just me, or does anyone else find online banking draining ?

It's getting in to it I find stressful. They (Halifax) send a four numbered code to my PC screen which I have to say out loud or tap in to the phone. I do it either way and correctly then get the recorded voice saying I've put in the wrong number and I'm disconnected. I did that this morning three times before I could gain access.
As not getting into my account today would have cost me, by the time it's done, I feel wrecked.
I don't know if being outside of the UK causes this, but it's becoming the norm.
Mr. J2 has given up on it - after having used it for years in France and here. He kept getting his account blocked because of all the security. I used on-line banking when in France - but gave up when I moved here. Far too complicated- especially with very weak phone signals. We ended up with me traipsing round outside in the rain trying to get a signal to receive a code which I then had to get back to tell Mr. J2 within a short time. We can do without all that, thanks.
