Seems perfectly reasonable:

Since "gender" has become largely a matter of opinion (and hence for many purposes, totally meaningless) it is clear that some more definitive differentiation is required.
The reason why Wee Burney did a bunk.She couldnt make up her mind about a heterosexual male rapist whether the heterosexual male rapist was a man or a woman.For Gods sake,and you lot down in England think you are being badly governed?
too much of a recipe for conflict. if it does make it to the HOC chances are it'll be talked out then quietly dropped.
The fact we even need a bill of this sort is the politics of the mad house, and the fact that the leader of the opposition cannot bring himself to say women do not have penises confirms we need legislation even though none is needed.

I’m not that old, in the scheme of things, and I think I have a fairly broad outlook (my younger brother came out to me 30 years ago, I was best man at his wedding to his long term boyfriend) so I don’t think I’m that out of touch, but, but, as much as militants transsexuals get all fighty about it, the undeniable, inescapable fact is that women do not have penises and men do have have cloppers.
